Responsibility for your data

When executing the agreement, MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH has access to personal data. These are all data known to belong to a natural person or that can be traced back to a natural person, such as name, address, date of birth, etc. MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH is responsible for the processing of personal data.

By entering into the agreement, you expressly give MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH permission to process your personal data, also outside the organization of MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH.

We process data such as your name, address, place of residence, email address, telephone number, bank account number. We may also obtain data from external sources, such as the Commercial Register.

We use your data to perform the assignment for you, for example, to request for quotation, to inform you about our products and to make offers, to maintain financial and customer administration, and to comply with laws and regulations.

MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH does not provide personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement.

You have the right to ask us which personal data we process about you and to have incorrect data corrected or deleted.

MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH handles your data with care. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. This includes measures to keep our IT systems secure, as well as security of spaces where data is stored.

MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH may adjust this privacy statement. For example, in case of new developments in the law or jurisprudence.
