All Bristle Blaster drives deliver the same surface result — cleanliness comparable to ISO 8501-1 Sa 2½ & Sa 3 with a 65–85 µm Rz anchor profile. Choose by environment: Electric for powered sites, Electric Double for large flats (~3 m²/h), Cordless (18 V CAS) for height and confined spaces, Pneumatic for ATEX zones 1/21, Axial for weld seams, Subsea for underwater work.
Every Bristle Blaster® drive reaches the same result: cleanliness comparable to ISO 8501-1 Sa 2½ & Sa 3 with a 65–85 µm Rz anchor profile, from the same belts and the same patented principle. How to choose in three questions
- Is the area ATEX-classified? If yes: Pneumatic (or Pneumatic Double). It is fully pneumatic with no electrical parts, ATEX-evaluated for zone 1 gas and zone 21 dust.
- Is there mains power at the workface? With power: Electric for general work, Electric Double for open flat areas. Without: Cordless on the 18 V CAS platform — the same battery family as 450+ tools from 45+ brands.
- What geometry? Flats: Electric/Pneumatic (Double for speed). Weld seams and tight corners: Axial. Below water: Subsea.

Which is the fastest option for large areas?
The Electric Double, at roughly 3 m² per hour on flat surfaces with double belts. In hazardous zones, the Pneumatic Double plays the same role.
