Improper surface preparation is the leading cause of coating failure, and contributes an estimated 12%* of oil pollution in our seas. We believe in prevention rather than cure: a closed-cycle alternative to grit blasting with no loose abrasive, no spent media and no secondary contamination, repairable, reusable, resharpenable, recyclable.

Prevention rather than cure.

Rust is the biggest enemy of metals, and good surface preparation ensures a strong, lasting bond between surface and coating. Say no to dangerous, unhealthy blasting methods: the Bristle Blaster® and MBX® remove rust and coatings without loose abrasives, minimizing waste and removing the risk of grit harming nature.

Health & safety
Our tools are engineered with ergonomic controls for sound, vibration and dust, in line with local safety regulations, and are considered safer than conventional grit blasting. No high-pressure usage means a low risk of injury, and our belts won't cut through safety boots or ropes.

We build long-term, sustainable relationships based on trust, respect and transparency, working closely with clients to develop solutions that are both effective and responsible.
Staff
We promote sustainable economic growth and decent work for all, supporting SDG 8. We prioritize fair, safe conditions, seek ethical suppliers and create opportunities, a safer, more sustainable alternative to traditional sandblasting.

We give students hands-on experience in surface treatment, and support aero-blasting research at Saxion University through the Tech for Future program, advancing sustainable innovation in line with SDG 9.

Planet

Closing the loop for the planet
Nature
The Bristle Blaster® and MBX® remove rust without loose abrasives, minimizing waste and eliminating the risk of grit harming nature. Our goal is closed-cycle solutions that prevent anything harmful being spilled into the environment.
Pollution & climate
Committed to SDG 13: Climate Action. Solar panels installed in 2020 generated ~155 MWh in 2022, with excess returned to the grid; 25% of our vehicle fleet is electric with charging on site.
Circularity. Monti League
Our circularity program lets clients return used belts for credit toward new ones, and we take back tools for repair and refurbishment. Primary materials, steel wire, cloth, polyamide backing, threading and carton, are recyclable. Greendot-certified for packaging and WEEE-registered for electric tools in the EU, in line with SDG 12.

A production process that leaves no loose ends.

MontiPower® pioneers closed-cycle solutions: surface preparation that delivers a clean, well-profiled surface before coating, while minimizing waste and residue, on the work site and in the factory.

Our abrasive brushes are produced in closed-cycle work cells where every step is controlled and each belt is individually checked at every stage, leaving no room for error.

* When a pipe corrodes it becomes prone to leaks. There are two types of pipe corrosion: internal (≈12% of leakage and connection-damage incidents) and external (≈8% of pipe-breakage incidents), preventable with sustainable monitoring, maintenance and correct surface preparation.
