Simultaneous removal & profiling
Overview
Bristle Blasting technology simultaneously removes corrosion and generates anchor profile . Consequently, surfaces that have been treated by Bristle Blasting have a texture and visual cleanliness that mimics those obtained by traditional grit blasting processes. The Bristle Blaster® Pneumatic Double delivers twice the impact for fast, even surface preparation – efficient, controlled, and uncompromisingly powerful against rust. Removes corrosion, coatings, mill scale and other contaminants - without removing healthy material Generates anchor profiles ranging from 2,5 to 3,3mil also on weld seams, edges, around bolts and on surface irregulariti

Simultaneous removal & profiling, in one pass
Impact
Bristle tips strike the surface at kinetic energy comparable to abrasive grit-blast media.
Accelerator bar
The patented accelerator bar amplifies tip impact for maximum removal efficiency.
Retraction
Tips retract instantly, creating the anchor profile without smearing, burnishing or heat.
Coating-ready
A clean, profiled, grit-free substrate, comparable to abrasive blasting, 65–85 µm Rz (2.6–3.3 mil), ready to coat.
Same result. None of the downsides.
The power of blasting. None of the fallout.
Grit-free
No loose abrasive, no media, minimal containment.
Blast-comparable cleanliness and anchoring surface profile — without loose abrasives
A verified, coating-ready standard. SSPC-SP 10 / SP 5.
In-service & spot repair
Works live, at height and in confined spaces, no blast pot.
Cold-working
No heat, no smearing, no grit embedment in the substrate.
