Warranty

MONTI warrants to the customer that its handheld rotary tool products (electric, pneumatic, and cordless drive units) will conform to their published specifications and be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
The foregoing warranty does not apply to consumables, such as belts and batteries, and is subject to proper installation, operation and use, and maintenance of the product in accordance with MONTI’s User Manual and use instructions.
All claims under this warranty must be made by the customer to MontiPower^® in writing within three (3) days of a defect and prior to the end of the warranty period.  Defective products shall be repaired or replaced at the election of MontiPower^® and at MontiPower^®‘s expense.
